Exp: 2-4yrs
Job Description:
-Should be able to assist senior engineers for timely completion of the projects.
-Should be able to prepare the schedules and progress reports.
-Should be able to prepare bill of quantities, contractor’s bills, bar bending schedules and various checklists.
-Should have good knowledge of finishing works.
-Should be conversant with the various services like plumbing, electrical, firefighting etc.
-Should be able to achieve and maintain the highest quality standards as may be desired.
Candidate Profile:
-Knowledge of computers especially Autocad, MS Projects, Prima Vera will be an added advantage.
-2-4 years for B.E.(Civil), 4-6 years for D.C.E in commercial / high rise projects preferably with a developers group.
-Preference will be given to MALE candidates only.
-Preferrable candidates from Mumbai - Western side only as hiring is for Andheri – Oshiwara Site
