Job Description:
-Assist in end to end recruitment and selection process including posting jobs,sourcing and screening resumes from Portals.
-Maintain employee relations and ensure all issues / queries pertaining to hiring are addressed to.
-Developing new channels of recruitment to ensure adequate Manpower availability.
-Good sourcing, interpersonal, verbal, & written communication skills.
-Results oriented, innovative, motivated, highly organized
-Good negotiation skill.
-Strong knowledge of entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening , final offer to onboarding of candidate
Candidate Profile:
Good interpersonal, verbal, & written communication skills.
Results oriented, innovative, motivated, highly organized and good negotiation skill.
Should be good at sourcing the resumes from the different portals, databank, employee references, networking, headhunting etc.
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment – A Strong Performer
